Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Before a withdrawal is processed, your account must be fully verified. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. Akrasbela aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly, though timelines can be affected by verification requirements or payment provider delays.
Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The full conditions of each bonus are stated at the time the offer is presented.

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement figure (for example, 10x or 20x) means you must place bets totalling that multiple of the bonus amount before a withdrawal becomes eligible. The sports betting section of Akrasbela covers Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, bilateral series, Football and additional sports markets. Both pre-match and live in-play betting are available on eligible fixtures. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform.
A bet is only confirmed once you receive a bet confirmation reference from the platform. Bets that do not receive a confirmation are not valid. Odds displayed at the time you place your bet are the odds at which your wager is accepted — live odds can change rapidly, and the odds on your confirmation slip are the ones that count.
Akrasbela reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market, event or selection at its discretion. Minimum and maximum stake limits for individual markets are displayed within the betting interface.
A bet may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: the event being cancelled or postponed without rescheduling within a specified window, an obvious pricing error at the time the bet was accepted, or a market being suspended for integrity reasons. Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to your account balance.
In-play bets are subject to the market being open at the time of placement. During live events, markets may be suspended momentarily while odds are updated. Bets placed during a suspension will not be accepted. Akrasbela is not responsible for connectivity issues on the player's side that result in a bet not being placed before a market closes.

All slot games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by human dealers using physical equipment. Circumstances that may lead to account action include, but are not limited to, breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or a request from the account holder.
If you wish to close your account, contact the support team. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will not be eligible for withdrawal upon account closure.
Where an account is closed by Akrasbela due to a Terms violation, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where fraud or prohibited conduct is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in full. Akrasbela will communicate the reason for any platform-initiated closure to the account holder unless doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation.
